Very poor customer service and handling of inventory. Ordered a bulk purchase and was never notified that they did not have the supplies to meet that request. I literally had to write them to be informed that they were not shipping the rest of my order. No formal email or anything was provided. They barely apologized and did nothing to compensate their mistake.

I have been ordering from them for 20 years yet last year I did not receive a catalogue and was able to borrow one from another school district. I talked to them and asked that I get a catalogue this year...ready to order now but no cataloque...called but you get a Phillipines phone answering service which takes all my time up by requesting all the information the company already has and then tells me I will get the catalogue in 10 days to 2 weeks.....I ask for a local number so I can call and talk to someone here...maybe pick up a catalogue...no such number given to the Phillipines operator...so frustrating....Now I'm ordering from Nasco just because I'm so frustrated ....
I rarely give reviews, but they sure do deserve this poor rating. I would definitely not recommend shopping here at all!
