Big scam! Horrible. Don't waste your time, money, energy. Fake!

TERRIBLE communication. They never answer their phone and a voice message is not an option. Didn't call to say they were going to be late (after I waited around all day). When my delivery arrived, the drivers said it was against their insurance to take my 11 cabinets up my 5 porch stairs. Said they are contracted to leave delivery at the "first dry spot". They reluctantly agreed to but weren't happy (or gentle) about it. Lowes should reconsider using this outfit. My sympathies are with the drivers, they seem to be caught between two companies' policies.

Second, they charged me for packing even though I packed everything myself. Movers had to use only their tape and I borrowed 2-3 boxes.

I ordered this item in November so I could have it in time for Christmas. Now it's January and I still haven't received this item. JCP also told me that this company has had my order since mid-december and said they 'attempted' delivery on December 23rd. No such delivery was attempted and no phone call to schedule this delivery.

My point being, NEVER use them. They are a terrible company, they don't answer the damn phone, they lie, and they ruin Christmases.

Disgusting! Disappointing beyond imagination! This company should close, it should bankrupt. The Manager Sarah was very mean, rude, unprofessional. Every time you hear on the phone the same female voice- customer service, but she introduces herself as Maya, Gigi...etc.

I requested, to be delivered in a storage in CA from PA. When some of the boxes delivered, movers took the key from the storage unit with themselves. I had to wait 2-3 months to have access to that unit, after they charged me even more.....Countless phone calls, stress, waiting on hold, conversation, empty promises, lies.......

I wish zero was an option because I would have selected it. Does this place even exist? They DO NOT pick up the phone. I ordered something back in November through JCPenny. First of all, JCP contracts out their shipments they selected MXD Group which subcontracted out to Arrow Moving System.

If I could put a 0 I would. They are never on time.

First, they are always giving you estimation much less than what you pay when the truck is in front of your home and you don't have a choice- you pay double, triple of the initial estimation.

Third, When delivered, 6-7 boxes were missing, all my china broken. Huge loss for me.
