Other than the receptionists being short with people & kinda rude, my overall experience here was incredible. To have me as a patient is already a handful in itself. Not only is the over all appearance & cleanliness of the facility amazing, they fully acknowledge my fear for the dentist & understood my fear of having surgery in general. Dr. Paul E. Schmidt, D.D.S, & his dental hygienist Kelly did a PHENOMENAL job at not only calming me & making me feel welcome, they are great individuals to work with & answered every question I had as well as my ride home had. I am suggesting my friends, family & loved ones to go through them if at all possible!
Been using Dental Associates for years now, specifically this location, but have also used the Appleton location from time to time. The Greenville location just feels more comfortable, but I agree with a lot of others that the receptionists at the front desk could be a bit more personable. The other office staff, hygienists, and dentists are great and really make the visit so much less stressful.
I called today asking for my son's records do to the fact that we had to move out of the area. The employee who I was talking to was less than professional with her helping me. We have been going to this office for years. I felt that paying for our records was crazy. I asked what the dates were,she gave them to me. She was rude.... WOW!!! what a way to treat people. I'm very up set! I lost my job and had to sell my house.
I love this dental office. All of the hygienists are so great with my children, and Dr Murphy is wonderful. Very personable and takes time to make you feel comfortable, yet is never running behind.
Very disappointed with the professionalism at this office. I called and scheduled an appointment nearly a month ago - for almost a month in advance and then received a call TWO days ahead of time that my appointment would be cancelled due to the dentist taking off that day. As a client who has always gone to Dental Associates, I am sorry to say I will be looking elsewhere. Would NOTrecommend.
I still have some ties to the area but what a way to treat people who would still be using their services if we could... I don't have anything good to say about them any more..
